I am honored to be the recipient of a small grant offered through the American Institute for Indonesian Studies and the Henry Luce Foundation. I will use this grant to bring Indonesian Literature to American audiences by translating Eka Kurniawan’s newest novella… and it’s an absolutely fantastic book.
